What are you doing?🤷‍♂️

No seriously.

What are you doing???

What are you doing to take care of yourself?

What are you doing to love yourself?

What are you doing to grow yourself?

What are you doing to make sure you have a viable future?

What are you doing to strengthen your relationships?

What are you doing to be financially free?

What are you doing to be healthy?

What are you doing for your morning routine?

What are you doing for your evening routine?

What are you doing to increase your happiness in life?

What are you doing to decrease the anxieties and fear in your life?

I could go on and on with these types of questions. And I am sure that the ones I just provided seem overwhelming.

Fact is Life is overwhelming!

There is so much out there that we “should do”, or “have to do”, or “must do”. That it all gets to be too much and most of the time you just feel like shutting down with this overload of everything. Eventually not getting anything done, and falling further and further behind.

Or so it seems, right.

All I am asking you to do is pick one thing. Just one.

And do that. Take care of that one thing until you feel 99% that you have a great grasp on it, and that you won’t need to give it daily attention. That you have created this habit for yourself that will continue.

Now you can move onto another “thing”. Something else that you can control, take care of, and make a habit of.

For example. Lets say you want to eat healthy. You’ve tried different diets, you done the all or nothing approach. Nothing worked. right?

How about this time you just eat one thing a day that’s healthy. Like fruit, or vegetables. Just one thing. If you are already doing that. GREAT!

Do it for a week straight! Then the next week add one other “healthy” item to eat daily, and so on and so forth.

Eventually you will have a number of healthy things you are eating in a day that you will feel fuller, longer. You will also sub-consciously be making other healthy habits (like drinking more water) that everything will compound. You will not have the cravings for the fatty foods that you were eating before, or unhealthy drinks.

Just by the conscious effort of doing one thing a day for a week. You don’t have to worry about what you are not doing. That stuff will just fall off on it’s own because of where you are putting your energy.

The old saying goes “where attention goes, energy flows”.

That’s exactly what we are doing here. We are directing our energies on what we can control, positively.

STOP trying to do everything all at once. Just focus your attention on one thing at a time. Do it well, then move on.

Simple, easy, done. Next!
